This is  a new japanese obi for my projects. This japanese obi made by Nishijin-ori. 
Nishijin-ori is the highest quality and most luxurious kimono fabric type of all.  It is made from gold or colored brocade on silk, and it is well-known for its beauty and sophistication.

This beautiful Japanese obi was sleeping in the closet until I found it.  So my projects will give it new life!  It will be reborn!  I will post what I made from this beautiful japanese obi soon.
